OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of GraxCare Ready and your use of this online store.
By accessing this website, purchasing GraxCare Ready, or using the product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the product.
1. ABOUT GRAXCARE READY
GraxCare Ready is a digital family quick-action system designed to help users organize information and identify clear next steps when family care situations change.
GraxCare Ready is delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
The product may include family member profiles, real-life family care situations, step-by-step action lists, Follow Up tools, backup and restore functionality, Help resources, and other features described on the product page.
2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
GraxCare Ready provides general organization and preparedness guidance only.
It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, provide medical advice, replace professional medical care, pharmacists, emergency services, or other qualified professionals.
If you believe someone may be in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service immediately.
You are responsible for deciding when professional or emergency assistance is required.
3. DIGITAL ACCESS
Access to GraxCare Ready is provided electronically after payment confirmation.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to a compatible device and browser.
The product is designed to work on supported phones, tablets, and computers and may provide offline functionality after initial setup as described on the product page.
We may make reasonable technical changes necessary to maintain security, compatibility, reliability, or functionality.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The applicable purchase price is the price displayed on the product page and confirmed during checkout at the time the order is placed.
All charges must be clearly presented before payment is completed.
GraxCare Ready is sold as a one-time purchase unless the product page and checkout expressly state otherwise.
There is no recurring subscription charge for the current GraxCare Ready product.
Prices may change for future purchases without affecting previously completed purchases.
5. REFUNDS
Because GraxCare Ready is a digital product and access may be provided immediately after purchase, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
6. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GraxCare Ready for your own lawful personal or family use.
Purchasing the product does not transfer ownership of the GraxCare Ready software, design, branding, content, intellectual property, or underlying technology.
You may not:
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute GraxCare Ready.
• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the product for redistribution.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, compromise, or interfere with security or access controls.
• Use the product for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Present GraxCare Ready or its content as your own product or service.
7. USER INFORMATION AND BACKUPS
Certain information entered into GraxCare Ready may be stored locally on the user's device.
Users are responsible for maintaining their devices and for using available backup functionality when appropriate.
Where encrypted backup and restore functionality is provided, users are responsible for safeguarding their backup files and any credentials or information required to restore them.
We cannot guarantee recovery of information that has been deleted, lost, corrupted, or made inaccessible because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND TECHNOLOGY
We aim to keep GraxCare Ready functional and accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, browser or operating-system changes, internet infrastructure, third-party services, security updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When a confirmed technical issue prevents access to a valid purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate solution.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
GraxCare Ready, including its name, branding, interface, graphics, written content, structure, software, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the purchased product under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to the customer.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store and payment process may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, and other technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and availability.
We are not responsible for independent actions, interruptions, or policies of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, features, and other material information presented on our store are accurate.
If an obvious technical or publishing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it.
Any material change affecting an already completed purchase will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
