GraxCare Ready Digital Delivery Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCT

GraxCare Ready is a digital product. No physical item will be packaged, mailed, or delivered to a street address.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After successful payment confirmation, access to the purchased files is provided electronically.

Customers can receive access through:

• The order confirmation or Thank You page.
• The order status page.
• An email containing the secure download link.

Most successfully completed orders receive access shortly after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may be delayed temporarily while the payment provider reviews or confirms the transaction.

DOWNLOAD CONTENT

The purchase includes access to the GraxCare Ready digital package, which may contain:

• Start Here guide.
• Print-ready PDF.
• Phone-ready PDF.
• Fillable emergency information sheet.
• Other files described on the product page.

DOWNLOAD LIMIT

Each purchase currently includes a maximum of five downloads.

Customers should save the ZIP file and its contents to a personal phone, computer, tablet, or other secure device.

NO SHIPPING FEES

No shipping or handling fees apply because no physical product is delivered.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address during checkout.
• Checking spam, junk, promotions, or filtered email folders.
• Downloading and saving the files before reaching the download limit.
• Using compatible software capable of opening ZIP and PDF files.
• Protecting any personal or sensitive information entered into the files.

DELIVERY ASSISTANCE

If you do not receive access, the link does not work, or a file cannot be opened, contact:

support@graxory.com

Please include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

We normally respond within two business days.

When a legitimate delivery or technical problem is confirmed, we may restore access, provide a replacement link, or supply a working copy of the purchased files at no additional cost.

CONTENT UPDATES

Qualifying content updates released during the 12 months following the original purchase may be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the order.

Customers are responsible for keeping access to that email account and replacing older saved copies when an updated version is provided.
